unsilenced saturdays

Every second Saturday morning

Sunshine Coast

A space for women to come undone and come home.
We breathe. We move. We release. We rise.

This is a space for women who are ready to stop holding it all in.
A space to come back into the body, into truth, into power.

We begin in circle. You speak what’s alive. The stress that’s built up. The anger that’s been sitting under the surface. The ache in your chest you’ve been pretending isn’t there. You don’t have to be fine here. You don’t have to filter or fix it. You get to be seen exactly as you are.

From there, we drop beneath the story and into the body. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and somatic movement, you begin to feel where the emotion lives. The tightness in your throat. The heaviness in your gut. The pulse under your skin. You let your body show you the truth it’s been holding.

And then we take it to the bag.
One by one, each woman steps forward into the witnessed bag ritual.
A sacred release where sound, breath, and movement become medicine. You don’t need words. The body speaks for you. You are witnessed by the circle in silence, held in safety, power, and reverence.

Rage, grief, fear, desire.

All of it is welcome here.

When the release is complete, we soften.
Gentle breath, stillness, space to integrate what’s been moved.

You land back in your body, grounded, alive, open.

Unsilenced Saturdays is not a class or a workshop.
It is a ritual of release, truth, and remembrance.
A place where women come home to themselves, witnessed, safe, and fully alive.

Your Facilitator

Hey there, I’m Danielle!

Founder of The Unsilenced Woman, I built this movement because I was done with the watered down love and light bullshit. Women don’t need more rules or masks. We need spaces where rage, grief, desire, and power are not just allowed but fucking celebrated.

My background is a wild mix of embodiment, trauma-informed practice, and the fitness world.

But more than that, I have lived this work. I know what it feels like to carry too much, to be told to shrink, to silence yourself just to survive. And I also know the freedom of hitting something until your whole body says yes.

When you step into this space with me I will push you, hold you, and call you into your truth.

I weave sweat, ritual, and rebellion into one space where you cannot hide and where you do not have to.

Embodiment became my way back, boxing is just one of the tools we use to unlock it. This work gave me back my body, my voice, and my fire. That is what I want for you too. To walk out lighter, louder, and more alive than you came in.
